Shipping Policy

We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. Normally , you will receive your order in 5-25 business days from the date that it is placed.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified.

Free shipping worldwide and takes about 7-15 business days to arrive using standard shipping. Here is the variants of shipping time according to different countries.

Free shipping via standard shipping for orders over $59, otherwise, you need to pay $6,99 for shipping fees.
You can also choose the fast way and it costs $25 via express shipping method, it takes 5-7 business days.

*Please understand that for certain countries in Africa and Latin America, as well as some remote areas, a flat shipping fee of $20 applies, and no discount codes are applicable.

Warranty Terms

• Customers are responsible for both return and re-shipping fees.
• Please contact a Shine of Diamond representative to obtain the correct return shipping address before sending any items back.
• Ensure all items are securely packaged before shipment. Shine of Diamond is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
• When returning an item, you must use a trackable shipping method. Packages without tracking cannot be processed.
• Shine of Diamond reserves the right to void the warranty for any item showing signs of modification, misuse, or damage beyond “normal wear,” as determined by our professional jewelry team.
