30-day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy.
We want you to feel comfortable and confident shopping at shineofdiamond.com, that is why we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. You can return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return and Exchange Conditions
1. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
2. Returns cannot exceed 30 days from the date of receiving the original order.
3. All items must be returned as is, with no scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
4. When returning or exchanging goods, the customer must use the shipping method with tracking function. Returns or exchanges that are not tracked will not be processed.
5. When returned, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned item. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
Note: Please do not send returns to the address on the package. This is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Full Coverage Return and Exchange Policy: (We are responsible for return postage and replacement costs)

Wrong item received. Defects in quality.
Item is broken, defective or incorrectly engraved.

Limited Return and Exchange Policy: (Customer is responsible for return postage and replacement postage. We will don't refund any shipping charges)

The customer ordered the wrong size.
The customer himself does not like the item.

Purchases that do not comply with the Return and Exchange Policy:

1. Final sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or resizing.
2. Custom items, including custom sizes, engravings, custom colors, custom stone cuts, and custom stone sizes, are non-refundable.
3. Items without jewelry tags, or that have been worn, damaged, or altered, will not be accepted for return and will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
4. Items that are worn or sent as a replacement/replacement are non-refundable.
5. Normal wear and tear, plating fading over time, accidental damage or misuse, and stone loss caused by heavy impact are not covered and are non-refundable.

Our Return Procedure
Step 1: Please send an email to service@shineofdiamond.com within 30 days of receiving the product with a description and photo explaining the reason for the return.
Step 2: Once your request is approved, please ship the item via your local post office within 3-7 business days, save the tracking number and notify us.
Step 3: We will process the refund after receiving your package and confirming that the product has the problem you mentioned. Funds typically take 5-7 business days to be deposited into your account, depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may charge a small transaction fee.

Refund
Returns will be processed within 5-7 days of receipt of the package. Refunds will be issued to your original payment account or as a store credit at your request.


Please note:
* If you wish to have a refund returned to your original payment account, please contact one of the shineofdiamond.com representatives for authorization.
* Shipping before discount will apply and is non-refundable. While you may have experienced free or undervalued shipping, we do cover the original shipping cost on every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping charges.

Cancel the order:
We want your order to go the way you want! Please review your personalization/engraving/special order information before submitting your order. Double-check spelling, dates, and names. If you have any questions before placing an order, you are welcome to contact us.

• For all orders, cancellations requested after 8 hours of purchase will incur applicable material and processing charges. Please see the details below:
Most items enter production 8 hours after payment is received. Therefore, cancellations requested after this period will be subject to a 20% material and processing fee.

• Please note that we cannot cancel or change addresses for orders that have already been shipped out. If you need to change your address, please notify us by email within 48 hours as much as possible. So please wait for your package to arrive, you can keep it or contact us to return it for a refund. Please do not refuse delivery as undelivered packages will be destroyed by the third-party logistics companies.
