    We offer a 30-day return policy.
    We want you to feel comfortable and confident shopping at shineofdiamond.com, that is why we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. You can return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Return and Exchange Conditions
    1. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
    2. Returns cannot exceed 30 days from the date of receving the original order.
    3. All items must be returned as is, with no scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
    4. When returning or exchanging goods, the customer must use the shipping method with tracking function. Returns or exchanges that are not tracked will not be processed.
    5. When returned, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned item. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
    Note: Please do not send returns to the address on the package. This is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

    Purchases that do not comply with the Return and Exchange Policy:

    The final sale item is not eligible for refund, exchange or resizing.
    Custom items, including custom sizes, engravings, custom colors, custom stone cuts, custom stone sizes, are non-refundable. (Custom sizes are sizes available for an additional $10).
    Items without jewelry tags or that have been worn, damaged or altered will not be returned and will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
    Items that are worn or sent to you as a replacement/replacement are not refundable.
    Our Return Procedure
    Step 1: Please send an email to service@shineofdiamond.com within 30 days of receiving the product with a description and photo explaining the reason for the return.
    Step 2: Once your request is approved, please ship the item via your local post office within 3-5 business days, save the tracking number and notify us.
    Step 3: We will process the refund after receiving your package and confirming that the product has the problem you mentioned. Funds typically take 5-7 business days to be deposited into your account, depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may charge a small transaction fee.

    Refund
    Returns will be processed within 5-7 days of receipt of the package. Refunds will be issued to your original payment account or as a store credit at your request.


    Please note:
    * If you wish to have a refund returned to your original payment account, please contact one of the shineofdiamond.com representatives for authorization.
    * Shipping before discount will apply and is non-refundable. While you may have experienced free or undervalued shipping, we do cover the original shipping cost on every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping charges.
    *Customers who choose free shipping will have $10 shipping deducted from the refund.

    We want your order to go the way you want! Please review your personalization/engraving/special order information before submitting your order. Double-check spelling, dates, and names. If you have any questions before placing an order, you are welcome to contact us.
    • Regular orders will be fully refunded prior to the order being shipped. For personalised/engraved/special order items, cancellations after 24 hours will incur appropriate material and processing charges. Please refer to the following details:
    1. Cancellation within 24 hours after placing the order, no cancellation fee will be charged.
    2. If cancelled without 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 20% of the reserved service amount.
    • Please note that we cannot cancel or change addresses for orders that have already been shipped out. If you need to change your address, please notify us by email within 48 hours as much as possible. So please wait for your package to arrive, you can keep it or contact us to return it for a refund. Please do not refuse delivery as undelivered packages will be destroyed by the third-party logistics companies.
