Lifetime Warranty

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal wear and intended use.

Each piece is carefully inspected by our quality control team before shipment to ensure it meets our standards. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service team at Service@Shineofdiamond.com with your order number and details of the issue.

Warranty Terms
1. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty repairs.
2. Please contact our customer service team before returning any item to obtain return instructions and the correct return address.
3. All returned packages must include tracking information. We are unable to process returns that cannot be tracked.
4. Customers are responsible for securely packaging items being returned. We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
5. We reserves the right to void the warranty on any items showing signs of modification, abuse, or damage beyond "normal wear", as determined by our jewelry professionals.
6. If a moissanite or lab-grown diamond becomes loose due to worn prongs but has not been lost, please return both the stone and the jewelry piece for inspection and repair.

Our Lifetime Warranty does not cover:
1. Normal Wear and Tear: Scratches, dents, worn prongs, surface wear, and other signs of everyday use.
2. Plating Wear: Silver jewelry may naturally tarnish or change color over time due to normal wear. This is not a manufacturing defect. Minor discoloration can usually be polished or restored using a silver polishing cloth.
3. Accidental Damage or Misuse: Damage caused by accidents, improper care, harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures, bending, impact, or other misuse.
4. Lost or Stolen Items: Lost, misplaced, stolen jewelry, or missing stones are not covered.
5. Unauthorized Repairs or Alterations: Any repairs, resizing, modifications, or alterations performed by a third party will void this warranty.
6. Natural Characteristics: Minor irregularities in craftsmanship, natural features of gemstones, and inclusions in colored gemstones (whether visible or not) are unique to each piece and are considered part of the jewelry's natural character. These are not defects.
